Didsbury
Pile Height: 25mm
One of our shorter pile product options that is extremely robust and perfect for heavy use and low maintenance. Recommended for large or multiple dogs/pets along with regular sporting use or general activity from children. Available in PU backing to help keep your garden pet odour free. Easily cleaned and maintained due to its short pile and C-shape yarn.
Altrincham
Pile Height: 28mm
Offering very similar advantages to Didsbury, with a slightly different aesthetic. Altrincham is another one of our high durability, low maintenance options. Perfect for heavy traffic or use from children and dogs/pets. Available in PU backing to help keep your garden pet odour free. Good robust product, with good spring back capabilities yet also softer to the touch than most in its field.
Tamworth

Tamworth is the crown jewel of short pile grass products and one of our most premium options.Not only does Tamworth offer exceptionally good ratings on durability and maintenance like other short pile grasses, but it also makes no compromises on how it feels and looks. Perhaps one of the most aesthetically pleasing shorter pile grasses we have dealt with over the years.
Rivington
Pile Height: 32mm
Extremely popular product and one of our more ‘economy’ products. Very affordable but still good quality grass, offering a little bit of everything. Incredibly unique darker shade offers a very appealing look for people who are in favour of darker products.
Bramhall
Pile Height: 30mm
Our top seller Bramhall, really is the ‘all rounder’. Sitting at 30mm pile length, this medium length product really does tick every box. Offering many of the benefits that a long pile grass offers, such as; softness, density, plushness, aesthetics. Yet still maintaining somewhat of the durability and maintenance benefits shorter pile grasses offer. Extremely dense and colourful pile, with fine fibres makes for a beautiful product on the eye!
Downham
Pile Height: 32mm
Downham is our classic tried and tested grass and build solely for durability and heavy use. This product has been used on schools, nurseries, kennels and so on, for over 10 years. We have absolute confidence that there is no use too heavy that can defeat this grass. Available for residential use if requested, along with sand in-fill for further toughness.

Theoretically there is no set limit on how artificial grass lasts. Some products that are less premium and manufactured to a lower standard could well only last a few years due to fading from UV or going bald. Luckily all of our products are premium standard and that’s why we are confident enough to offer a 10 year guarantee on everything.
In order to tailor your choice to you, we need to know several things. Firstly, things to consider are what its primary uses are. Is it being used by the kids for football or sports generally? Is it an area specifically for your dogs or pets to use? All of these questions are important which is why our consultant will do everything in their power to find the right product for you, when they pay you a visit. Maintenance is something that almost everything in this world needs. We don’t pretend artificial grass requires no maintenance because that isn’t true. It is definitely low maintenance and requires much less than upkeeping a lawn but certain softer products options do sometimes require brushing up more than some resilient products. Generally though it’s just a case of keeping leaves and plant debris off with a very light rake or brush. Any dog mess can simply be picked up and washed through. Generally speaking artificial grass will improve the drainage of the area its applied to. All artificial grass products offer ample drainage with regular perforations in the backing. We offer an MOT sub base of at least 50mm which allows a huge amount of water to pass under the surface of the grass and drain away. We use a coarse aggregate/sand known as limestone dust or grano to top our bases which allows for very efficient free draining baseworks. Of course, some jobs and garden require extra work based on drainage issues which is always worth discussing with our consultants upon a visit.
PU backing is an alternative way of coating the backing of artificial grass. It’s a polyurethane based product opposed to the traditional latex. Primarily this is considered a benefit hugely to pet owners as it prevents the smell and odours of pet urine from soaking into the backing whatsoever. Other benefits include better drainage and less water retention due to its water resistance, more fibre retention when handling or even through general heavy traffic (ie patio edges).
